You will need to email us clear photos of the product with damaged areas including a full front and back photos of the product, the box and the shipping label.

We guarantee our canvas quality. Since we are a print to order business, we only replace items that arrive to you damaged.

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges as we do not stock inventory or resell canvases. Each canvas is handmade-to-order just for you!

We recommend using blue painters tape to carefully measure and mark the size of a canvas to see if it feels right.

Place your order carefully as we can not adjust the size once your order is placed.

All of our product sizes are listed by Width (left to right) then by Height (top to bottom).

Check listing photos to see each of the size options, then measure your space carefully before ordering.

We can sometimes make different sizes on a case by case basis, depending on what you're looking for.
