What happens if I have a damaged item?

If you notice that your canvas is damaged upon receipt, please Contact us immediately so we can help.

You will need to email us clear photos of the product with damaged areas including a full front and back photos of the product, the box and the shipping label.

Please contact us before posting a review so we can have an opportunity to help you. We are committed to your happiness and are ready to help in any way we can!

Can I return my canvas even if it isn't damaged?

We guarantee our canvas quality. Since we are a print to order business, we only replace items that arrive to you damaged.

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges as we do not stock inventory or resell canvases. Each canvas is handmade-to-order just for you!

All sales are final. We recommend that you read product details carefully and enter your custom information carefully as there is no way for us to know if you have made a mistake.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We are excited each time a new order comes through and begin working on it right away.

*We are only able to cancel and refund an order if production has not been started yet.*

If you would like to request a change to what you submitted when ordering, you must Contact us right away (within one hour of purchase) and we will do our best to help.

There is no guarantee once an order has processed.

What size should I get?

This is a great question and you should never make a judgment based on the product photos.

We recommend using blue painters tape to carefully measure and mark the size of a canvas to see if it feels right.

Place your order carefully as we can not adjust the size once your order is placed.

How are your product sizes listed?

All of our product sizes are listed by Width (left to right) then by Height (top to bottom).

Check listing photos to see each of the size options, then measure your space carefully before ordering.

Can you offer custom sizes?

We can sometimes make different sizes on a case by case basis, depending on what you're looking for.

Please Contact us and include the exact product you're interested in, the material you're wanting and the dimensions you would like. Measurements should be listed as Width (left to right), then Height (top to bottom).

We will reach back out to you and let you know if that size is available and how to go about ordering.

Can I see a Proof of my personalized design?

Absolutely! You will receive an email from support@canvascreative.store.

Please respond as quickly as possible so we can get working on your item right away. A delayed reply may slow down production and delivery times.

If we don't hear back from you within 24 hours of the email being sent, we will continue processing your sign exactly like your proof.
